Here is my sewing update for January 2017. Looks like I’ve made too many sewing plans in December, that I managed only two, my Cherry Dress and cardigan for my hubby, which we’re going to photograph this month hopefully…
As I managed only two things, one of which you’ve already seen in action, I’ve decided follow-up with my December Sewing Plans, (adding some extra, as usual, lol, I’m over-planner! and sometimes it irritates me!) and show you everything I finished in My Sewing January 2017, which I’ll film in the end of this month 🙂
I would like to thank everybody for your help and suggestions for my Sewing Resolutions for 2017, I’m enormously grateful!!!!!
So, here are the extra links for what I want to sew during this month:
pattern: Tortoise Bag by Sew Sweetness
Should I say that I chose it because it reminds me of Alexander Wang’s Rockie Bag? Yeah it does! Well, I want to try it out from the remnant I bought from LaFab Tessuti, it is 80% cotton and 20% of poly. And it is kind of water repellent)! I also bought a lot of interfacing (it is a lot, for a bag! lol))) from Bobbin Girl, I by the way liked a lot the service, and recommend this shop if you decide to make a bag)
So, wish me luck, I do hope it will come out better than my attempt to sew a backpack!
