In the video I am super excited, but then when I washed the fabric actual strange stuff started coming up. One of the fabrics, black and white with flowers lost totally its shape and strange white hair was all over the fabric.. When I started wearing the garments I’ve made, the previously mentioned black and white fabric started stretch out pretty fast and the other fabric in stripes stretches out like crazy when you are wearing it!

So no actual good recommendation for this fabric shop. I know many bloggers do say good things about Girl Charlee, that this shop has quality jersey, but I cannot say so, and I won’t shop there again.

ADDED 25/08/2016:

As you could see in the comments down below I was offered the refund for those fabric which didn’t perform well. After contacting with Girl Charlee I’ve received the refund for those fabrics very fast.

What I can add is that there are mistakes which can be made, the most important part is how those mistakes are handled afterwards. And I always guide myself with this idea. We are humans, can make mistakes (I make them), but we should know how to recognize them and live with respect to ourselves and to those we serve.

I did receive the fabric I didn’t like and the delivery was odd, but I appreciate the effort and the service I’ve received, so I’m adding 100% to the service. Such kind of attention is rarely seen these days.

ADDED 21/03/2017:

Unfortunately, the fabrics loose very fast their look after few times you put it on, although I have given another opportunity to this shop, I will not go back shopping there, because of fabrics quality is poor. And it is sad because they look like they want to care about customers. Probably, the best way to start is to care about the fabric quality, the customer will be much happier…
